Hi,
I have 2 development deals under contract in Atlanta, GA and I'm looking for a firm that's writing relatively smaller equity checks.
Each deal provides attractive leveraged returns, however they're relatively small. Both are sub $10mm.

There are firms that are doing smaller equity checks these days, but I can't say I've run into any sub $1mm groups
Syndicator - Bring them into the GP split fees with them and let them capital raise
This actually makes a ton of sense, I appreciate that.
An experienced syndicator probably has a more extensive rolodex of equity capital sources. I work in lending, so all my resources primarily exist on the debt side.
