Why Real Estate ?

Hello everyone. I am new here and in Real estate business. Maybe I have simple questions but i really want to get deep in this business. And first question that comes to my mind is Why should someone invest in Real estate, when it is expensive, and income is slowly and not so big?

I'm not sure I completely comprehend what you are asking. Are you looking to break into the real estate industry in some capacity or you are currently working in real estate?

There are many reasons and individual or institution would invest in real estate. Real estate offers predictable returns, equity build up over time, steady appreciation, tax incentives, along with many other reasons as to why an entity would invest in real estate.

I'm also not 100% sure what you mean by "deep" in the business, but I do recommend you change your username from your first and last name.

Thank you for your answer. You understood my question correctly. I am working in real estate, but in my country it is more simple to do this business than in other, so we don't need special education or some license to work in real estate industry.

Do you mind if I ask what it is you do in real estate? Are you brokering the sale of real estate? Or investing in it? "Working in real estate" is a very general statement for an industry that has many different professions.

Also, what country is it that you are located in? There are many reasons why education and licenses are needed for the sale of real estate. Also to pursue a career in a real estate finance related field you need a college education at the minimum.

I'm kind of brokering. I live in Georgia, Batumi. Of course it will be very good if I had special education but in my country there is not even one college or university where you can get education in this field :) And I know for sure, that in my city who is brokering, no one has special education.
