Work flow for STNL deals

I've researched a number of old community posts on this topic but couldn't find any discussion of how folks cover this market. It's clear that most of the deal flow is broadcast -- no CA, pricing guidance is public, listings are emailed and also posted on multiple services (e.g., LoopNet, Crexi, Ten-X, etc.). I'm particularly interested in specific habits/tactics that help you with:

  1. Deal discovery
  2. Screening
  3. Obtaining materials
  4. Underwriting
  5. Bidding
  6. Tracking comps?

Thanks!
