Working culture at large institutions (London)

Hi all,

I've just accepted an analyst position at Aviva Investors in London working in their underwrite team across a few of their pan-european/UK focused mandates.

My experience has solely been in smaller firms with really flat structures and pretty relaxed, does anyone have any insight on what it can be like working at these larger companies?
