Working for a Public REIT vs Private REIT/REPE firm?
Is there anyone that has experience working for both a large publicly traded REIT and a smaller, private REIT/REPE shop?
I'd be curious to get your thoughts on the major differences in terms of acquisitions, as well as the pros vs cons.
