I have a friend who interned in their Spartanburg office and has worked in their LA office for a few years now. He likes it and has moved up pretty quickly all things considered.
I wouldn’t recommend living in Spartanburg, but if it’s a satellite office I’d go for it.

I've had some friends work there, they've all had good things to say. I'd definitely recommend the satellite offices vs Spartanburg... their SF multifamily folks are working on some cool deals.
