I heard from a friend that they don't hire interns unless there is an opening on the development team. For IM, I think it's the same.
Hines doesn’t hire a class of analysts every year, each team just hires when they have need for a new analyst. For most teams that’s once every few years.
Since they take interns every year, they obviously aren’t going to hire those interns all the time.
