1st year ER associate, want to break into IB. Critique my resume.

resume removed

I don't have a large network to ask for help so ALL the progress I've made thus far I owe to WSO.

Please take a look at my resume and let me know what you think.

I want to break into an IBD role so I'm aiming at boutiques and MM's since I think I have the best chances there. That said, at this point I would be happy in Ops but I am just not getting enough interviews.

GPA is what it is; my school had a terrible disabilities center and this can't be changed now. I am applying to masters in finance programs for another shot. My GMAT practice scores are around 750 and I don't have any distractions now so I hope I can ace it soon.

Does the ER section look like too much?

What should I cut or expand on?

I know my writing can be verbose. Show me the worst.

Ideas on anything?

Silver bananas for extra insightful comments. Thanks.
