1st Year IB Analyst - Review My Resume, Please

Hey guys,

Like the title says, I'm a first year analyst from a non-target at a tiny, no-name boutique IB in the midwest. Deal flow is just about non-existent, and pay is way below industry norm. I'm looking to jump ship to another boutique/MM, or possibly a valuation shop. Please rip this thing apart. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I have a personal question about my resume. I am still in undergrad trying to get into IB or reserach; would you suggest I do the same thing?

nope, that doesn't fly when you're a student
