Silly request. I worked on a lead left IPO that closed a couple of months ago and I'm going to add it to my resume. Can anybody who has worked on one post the bullets they put on their resume? Obviously you should redact company name, etc. Would really only be helpful if you were on the left since in my experience the other bookrunners do virtually nothing at the junior level.

why would you use a code name if the deal has closed?
I wouldn't. I'm telling whoever posts their resume info to redact anything that would out them.

No I'm confused as to why you spent your time at 6pm on a saturday posting dipshit comments on internet forums.
The point is I'm finding it a littler tougher to position equity on my buyside resume than I have m&a and financings so it would be helpful to see a couple of examples.
