Outside of the usual maintaining a high GPA, leadership activities, and impactful/name brand internships, what are some things an undergrad can pursue in the time before Full Time Recruitment?
Is adding a certificate or honors program going to tip the scales in any way or will it just get lost in the resume? What should a junior be doing if summer is already set up?
