Anyone else getting a lot more traction than usual?

I did a much needed overhaul on my resume over the weekend, and now I'm getting traction from various placement agencies and firms.

I wanna beat the shit out of myself for not doing this sooner. I mean, the content of my resumes is fundamentally the same, but the way they're structured is night and day.

If you're experienced and struggling to get any looks, I highly suggest polishing your resume to look deal ready. i.e. don't make yourself look like a dinkle-fuck undergrad if you've already worked on live deals.

Added a select transactions section under my most senior role, and I made an effort to add unique context to each transaction.

Say if you made an LBO on one deal, put something different on the next deals. Don't repeat yourself too much, if at all, because I'm sure everyone that reads your resume will understand there's always going to be routine responsibilities.
