Application HELP NEEDED URGENT!!
So I'm filling out an application for a major BB and they ask what differentiates us from others. What is the strategy to answer this question, I mean all BB pretty much do same things, they are all global, all prestigious etc What can I write? Help will be much appreciated.
You need to think smaller. Yes the BB are huge, but that's not all of it.
The NY Giants and Dallas Cowboys are essentially the same, but they do things differently that make one better/different from the other.
So from a banking perspective, you can say that the TMT at GS is world renowned. That JPM has the least corporate governance and cares more about getting the job done than the paperwork. etc. (These are not meant to be correct, just examples)
Basically you have to do your research. Everyone wants to work for a BB. That question is to show why you want it more than the person next to you.
I don't think you know what corporate governance means buddy. I think maybe you mean something along the lines of bureaucracy.
