B-school summer internship CV- I-bank & Finance

Hi all, Here's the link to my resume- http://www.razume.com/documents/16752 - Please have a look and post your suggestions. I am in the 1st year of a business school and looking forward to pitching this resume for summer internships with the bb I-banks & other finance firms. Any constructive suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Update- Does this look any better- http://www.razume.com/documents/16768 - ?
Please comment also about the content in the resume with regard to summer internship at IBanks.

The career services office here is student run & they seem ok with the format. I would appreciate it very much if you people can be more specific with the shortcomings in my resume. Is it the format? if yes, then what exactly?- side blocks? Or, is it the distribution of content? Any suggestions for improvement are welcome, with gratitude.

Thank you all for pointing out these flaws in the CV. I would make the necessary corrections within the restrictions of the relatively rigid career office's format. It would be highly appreciated if you folks can also comment on the content or any other suggestion.

Your qualifications seem strong; use the "mergers and inquisitions" (google for the url) format instead.

Literally, when looking at your resume, I don't know where to begin reading. Should I work my way up? Should I start in the middle and take a counterclockwise circular-motion, or should I just drop the resume altogether and look at indecent things on my computer? I just don't know.
