Hi guys, which resume template would you say is the best to use for IB recruiting? Is the WSO one good, and does it scan through the auto HR filters and stuff?

Stern gets a lot of crap on this site but their resume guide and template were actually really helpful to me and I've had good success with it.

Would you say that it’s better than the WSO one?
I personally like the way this one looks more than the WSO template. both have the same sections though essentially
