Boutique buy-side firm to...IB? PE? another HF?

I have a hybrid role at a boutique (~$1 B) hedge fund/Asset Management firm.

I spend most of my time doing quantitative analysis and quant risk work for the portfolio managers and investment team. The remainder of my time is spent doing business development and investor relations.

Any advice you guys can give me on how to tailor my resume for buy-side/PE/IB recruiting would be greatly appreciated.
