You resume looks like shit, sorry if that's overly honest.

Honestly, if I saw this resume I'd be pretty disappointed that you went to an Ivy League school. You have very weak bullet points with too much irrelevant information (hospital volunteer).

Formatting is pretty atrocious.

Pick the top 3 work experiences. Then include Executive Board Member one for extracurricular.

Have a second section called AWARDS & ACHIEVEMENTS List scholarships like this: Name, Dollar Amount Award Name, Short Statistics (1 out of 4000) etc.

Also get rid of candidate, follow format on the template then come back and try again.
