Choosing the best activity to mention on my resume for Investment banking job.

Hello there, I am international student based in Pakistan who aspires to join IB (mergers and acquisitions) after my undergradute program at university. I have completed my A levels and I am forced to take a gap year. I have about 8-9 months left before start of my university (Edinburgh, Bristol, ucl or king's college probably). Which activities should I do, here in Pakistan, that will be beneficial for me in future and will help me during the process of applying for internships during summer break?
