Confused about my future.

Hi members. It is my first post on this website. I have a very complicated story and I want help from you people. I have tried to make my story as short as possible. I am 23 years old Male from a South Asian country, currently learning German language in Berlin to fulfill University entrance requirements. I have no degree but 2 years experience as an Accounts Assistant and 3 months experience as a Stock Broker Internee in my country.. I passed 2 certifications of ACCA but discontinued it. I want to start full time job as soon as possible. I am interested in working as a Stock broker. My priority is working in Dubai but will work anywhere else also. I do not want to study 5 years (including German language) to start job. To be honest, I do not like learning German language and I can't get admission in English language degree. Can I get job by studying CISI/FRM/CFP/CMT/ACCA/CIMA or any other certification without undergraduate degree? Though I have few certifications which are irrelevant to career as a Stock Broker but if I have no choice I will do any other job. Kindly advice me. Only serious replies please. I am very frustrated. Sorry for my bad English and long post. Thanks in advance :)
