Constructive Criticism Needed

Hi All,

I hope everyone is doing well. I was checking my resume the other day and noticed that I needed a lot of adjustment/changes. I've included my most recent internship/activities as of late but it seems like there isn't enough room for me to fit my resume on one page. I'm using pretty narrow margins at 9 size font.

If anyone has any suggestions on what I can omit, as well as any general advice I would greatly appreciate it.

Just a bit of background:
I don't attend a target school so it's more difficult for me to get interviewed for front office positions ((IB, S&T)) which is what I am aiming for. I have focused on attaining as much customer experience/relationship experience as I could as well as working in back end roles (operations). I'm in a middle office role as of now, and my reasoning as to why I'm qualified/interested to take a front office position after I graduate is that since I now have a good foundation of general Asset Management/how certain systems work/and have gained good overall exposure in a number of well known firms. I am interested in learning about the investing side of things (strategies, methodologies, research, etc).

Thanks again.
