Consultant to Silicon Valley resume Change

Former IB Analyst, now consultant in the digital space (think Solstice, Thoughtworks, Accenture Digital, etc.) Specializing in logistics industry and looking to move to a more established / higher paying gig.

Stumbled upon something Uber's strategy group that I fit the mold for apart from my resume - how much should you change your resume to match the job you're applying for? The TNR 11 font and dividers might be a little too boring or frowned upon over there. Any advice on how it should be changed?
