Critique my resume for consulting

Please critique my resume for consulting 2 comments

Hi, please critique my management consulting resume. I'm a fairly recent graduate graduating a year ago but I started working full time about 2 years ago (did part time school). Looking to switch fields into management consulting. Also, should I include a Highlights of Qualifications section or just not include that? If I do what kind of stuff should I include? Thank you in advance.

No highlights, consolidate - why is waitress job on there? - make it fit on one page, font, both of your first bullets for Large bank suck and are awkward to read. You don't need 4 bullets for college, consolidate or fit on one bullet with commas nobody really cares about student gov't anyway. A lot of your bullets are too long and too wordy.

other than that, not bad.
