Taking another quick look:

Increase the font size of your name, just a bit, if you've got room

For your 3rd education, you are misaligned - UK should be on the top line, and the date should be on the line below - it looks like you are 1 line below for each. I would also include some kind of title for the 3rd education to keep it consistent. You don't need the grades for the courses, and, if you only used the college to take a few filler courses, you can remove it entirely - remove the 3rd education, that is. It is not essential, and will free up some room.

Still have some periods at the end of your bullets - take them out, all of them.

Unless you are breaking your work experiences into "Responsibilities" vs. "Transactions" or something like that, I would not lead off a bullet with the word "advised" since you didn't advice, the transaction was to advise. You did XXXXXX on a $275mm private equity investment in... Lead off with what you did and close it with the name/description of the transaction, or, break out your transactions separately from your general responsibilities/projects.

Punch up your verbs, as you use the same action verbs a lot - mix it up a bit. Trim your sentences, not all of them, but a few of them, just to break it up a bit, and not read as a paragraph (if you can).

Get rid of your non bullet sentences for your experiences. Change the first one into a bullet point (your scholarship), and remove the sentence from your 2nd experience - we know it is M&A and P/E based on your position title and subsequent bullet points.

Change "Charity" to "Non-profit" or "Volunteer" - I just don't like leading off the section with "Charity" - doesn't have the same punch, but maybe it's just me.

Overall, it definitely looks cleaner, but you've still got some work to do.
