Destroy my resume for FT IB recruiting

Hi all,

I'm planning on sending applications soon to a lot of investment banking full time roles. I'm coming from a non-target and I'm currently an intern at a large credit rating agency in NYC (think S&P, Moody's, Fitch). I really want to make sure my resume is perfect before I send it out next week. Please don't hold back.

On a side note, are there any specific groups/cities I should look into? I think my chances of joining GS TMT are slim so I may need some alternatives. I'm aware many of these banks have application limits so I want to choose wisely. My network is also lacking, I may have a few referrals here and there but nothing serious. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you!

Yeah I totally agree, I'm just not sure what I can say without stretching it too much. At least for my internships. Anything catch your eye that should be improved?

I think I can make some changes to my university experiences to show a little more impact. Is it okay if I can PM you it once I'm done? Appreciate the help.

Tense consistency and you have some weak opening verbs for some of them (Selected to manage fund… vs. Managed fund of $1.2M, or Team Leader at… vs. Led/Managed a team of 5 at…)
