Does Resume Design Actually Matter?
Quick question, do colours and fancy layouts really help a resume stand out? Or does clean structure and strong, quantified impact win every time?
From what I’ve seen, recruiters scan for clarity, progression, and results, not design.
Has anyone tested both approaches and noticed a real difference in interview callbacks?
