Econ + Philosophy or Econ + Stats Double Major or Econ + (Stats and Philosophy) Double Minor?

My school requires me to either double major or have a single major and two minors. I'm interested in doing consulting after graduating, and might exit into finance. What option should I go for?

Objectively, knowing nothing else, econ+stats double would probably be the most useful. That being said, if you're interested in philosophy, do philosophy. Neither consulting or finance typically require any advance stats anyways
