ECs in Work experience for ugrad grad (asap pls)

Hey ballers, i am ugrad graduate.

I have 3 real work experiences and 3 "leader of finance club" types of experience.

Can I just put them all into "work experience"?

or should i keep them separated as "work experience" and "Leadership & Extra-curricular"

I'm in the UK applying for London so format may be slightly different, but I group 'Work and Voluntary Experience" under just that heading and nobody has ever commented (and my CV has played pretty well). Having one less heading is a good way to save space on the CV if you've got a lot to cram in.
