I took the advice and tried to correct the grammatical errors. Sorry about that. Could you guys take another look? Would you guys still recommend the $200 resume review service that WSO offers? Has anyone tried it? I'm definitely considering it but I still want to fix most of the errors that I can fix.

Agree with Shadows, some grammatical & spelling errors need to be fixed. You should also work on improving the content of your bullet points, spice it up, make the reader want to contact you.
