ER Resume - 2.5 Yrs Experience

I have an interview at the end of this week and was hoping you monkeys wouldn't mind taking a look at my resume. I've been working for an investment advisory/consulting shop for the last 2.5 years, I also interned at the same place before accepting a job offer straight out of school. I'm interviewing for a junior ER associate role at a well known boutique and have tried to tailor my resume as much as possible towards this particular ER role.

Thanks Guys

you gave a lot of space to the CFA and licenses, maybe too much. The lay out looks nice and clean. I'm not qualified to comment on the content of your work experience

Solid experience.

For your resume you may want to use a format like this:

Line 1: Description of your overall role Line 2: Project/Deal Worked on (in this case something that involved a lot of research) Line 3-5: Details of deal/ project + results achieved.

Also technically you lack a 3rd work experience/leadership experience. I'm not sure if it's a big deal or not, as I'm not a recruiter, but maybe you can talk about one your activities and a role you played with them in more detail.

GL with your interview.
