Extracurriculars for Lateral Resume
Hey everyone,
I'm a 1st year analyst updating my resume for lateral/buy-side opportunities and I'm wondering if it's still imperative to include an extracurriculars section? My EC experiences are from 4-5 years ago (freshman and sophomore days) and i haven't been involved in anything else since I landed my sophomore summer internship. Is it alright to take out this section entirely and fill the space with more work experience content? What's the standard resume format for laterals?
Would greatly appreciate any insight!
