Fall/Spring Internship Resume
Goal is to get a semester internship in IB or AM, as well as a summer gig in CF/S&T/IB/AM. Rip it apart!
P.S.: Sorry about the weird format, but razume messed up my bullets so that was the quickest way to post it!

You seriously need to beef up that resume if you want to apply for SA positions next year... outstanding grades won't save you these days.
That's why I'm trying to get one in the fall/spring.
Good points, will fix those. Unfortunately, my experience was unrelated to banking, so I'm trying to flip it as much as possible. Any ideas on how to do that better?
What about the RE Society? And what did the technical analysis involve?
Just joined the Technical Analysis at the end of the semester after a semester-long selection process, had to make a report in the end. RE has occasional speakers, but couldn't go to most of them last semester since they overlapped with my afternoon classes. How can I flip those on the resume? Also trying to get a board position in either of those next semester.
And should I put my student job instead of the scholarship thing?
Get rid of word, powerpoint, excel, access under skills. I would also list any of those activities you have as a a general "Experience" section with your summer internship and expand on them and how they can relate to banking. If you held a decent position in those groups, that will help you out a lot. And this is just my opinion, but under "Interests", I would keep that to stuff outside of banking. You're applying to banking positions so it is pretty well known that you have interest in investing and the like.
Really go for a fall internship ASAP if you want any chance at SA in those departments. A spring internship won't help you cause you will have submitted your application by then.
Regarding your resume to have more success in landing a fall internship --> please bankify the RESUME. I don't care about those Honors and Awards, why wud u give a whole section (in fact a section that is larger than your work experience) on awards that has nothing to do with banking. Your resume doesn't show me at all that you have an interest in IB except for your interest, which should not be the case. Your interest should show other interests outside of banking.
If this is your only work experience try putting some leadership experience that you have or any clubs that are finance/business related in which you had an officer role.
For your only work experience, it's still too general. Show results where possible.
Made some changes, here is how it looks now - http://www.razume.com/documents/27114
Further suggestions please!
