Lateral moves are almost entirely about networking. Build up your LinkedIn, pay for the premium, send out InMails to targets. Repeat over and over. Make sure you are well versed in all interview guides and your story, you are going to be telling it a lot. Have a "spark" that is memorable, even if it's BS.

On the resume: remove the -> on the margin improvement and just say "to", that caught my eye as something I wouldn't want in a professional document. Also as mentioned, the endless bullets are eye sores. Try to focus on a few key accomplishments. With a solid GPA and finance exposure, I'd say you have a good shot if you nail the talking points without making them sound like talking points.

"We're not lawyers, we're investment bankers. We call you for the paperwork. We didn't go to Harvard, we went to Wharton, and we saw you coming a mile away."

Thank you both. I spent 8 years building/managing the firm hence the extensive bullet points. I'll condense to drive accomplishments.

Thanks again.
