Financial Analyst Resume Advice - Senior Undergraduate

I am a senior, undergraduate student looking for some help with my resume. My ideal job would be a financial analyst in the New York City area. I am mainly looking for advice regarding the content and the layout but any suggestions would be helpful. I also have a question about my GPA below.

Q: Many companies require a 3.2 GPA. Mine is only 3.18 but it will be above 3.2 in May 2011 after this semester. Should I apply for these jobs with my 3.18 GPA or wait until I graduate to apply?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you all in advance.

If you've ever taken a math class, you would know that a 3.18 IS a 3.2. You can truthfully say you have a 3.2, but cannot truthfully say you have a 3.20. You see?

Anyway, before the review proceeds, change your resume to M&I

then upload it as a pdf to this site for everyone to better see: http://www.razume.com/
