Format of resume with photo

I am applying for a regional asset management firm. In the application requirements, the firm explicitly says, "E-mail us your full CV, with contact details and photo". I am just wondering what will be the format for a CV with photo on it as I have never seen that before. Also, it seems that it is unlikely that I can put a photo on my CV and still keep it in one page. (Though it says, "Please limit this to not more than two pages", I suppose it is best to keep it within one page, isn't it?) Could anybody give me some advice on this? Thanks!

If it says two pages, paste a photo of you (faceshot in suit) on to a second (blank) page of your resume in word (your regular resume on the first page). Then save the whole thing as a pdf and you should be good to go. Make sure that the photo is high-def so you don't end up pixelated.

BTW, this is definitely illegal for US applications, as it is essentially a means of racial profiling. Lots of prep schools use it for that purpose (and to select attractive student bodies).

ok thanks...i guess it is a weird thing to do and I probably would laugh at it also

SirBankalotYes. In fact, make the headshot your resume's background picture.

go fuck yourself since you probably have no one else willing to

Yes definitely. I've done it on several occasions, I usually attach a picture of Josh Duhamal though because I think that will give me a better shot with the ladies wanting to bring me in.

Definitely not - this isn't a college application. You'd be the only one with a headshot, and people would probably find it a bit ridiculous. Google around - video resumes and the like do not have a strong history on Wall Street.
