Hey all,

Would really appreciate the help reviewing my resume. I am looking for a job hopefully in IBD starting in a year. Please be brutal, all comments are truly helpful.

Notes: -two bullet points are blank because I'm planning to add more from my current job -this resume is supposed to be as of September

First, don't put your activities with skills and interests. Make a different section for extracurricular activities or volunteers for your club, etc. I think 4-5 bullet points should be sufficient for your summer experience, maybe 6 at the most. And your name section has too much space. Good luck!

 

I was trying to emphasize my most recent work experience but I'll take your advice and limit it to 5 or 6 points. Would you put the club experience in with work experience and then rename that category work & leadership experience, because it seems strange to make a section for just 1 extra curricular activity, Thanks for the advice!
