Full time recruitment BB/boutique ibank resume
I'm a rising senior trying to gauge my chances landing a BB / large boutique in LA or NYC. I'm worried just because coming from a sort-of target school (lower tier ivy), there are kids here that I will be competing against who will have had BB investment banking internships while I've "only" got a boutique experience. Please be blunt and honest with any wording, organization, or other critiques, it would be much appreciated.

fyi some formatting got a little weird when the resume got converted, which is why it extends to the 2nd page, and why there's a couple random dashes scattered about
cornell ftw.

Looks good. I mean the content, not the form. IMO, you should use a template like the one from M&I website. It'd have a better flow to it. For example, your graduation date should be near right margin like it is with your work experience. And you don't need to put "anticipated graduation", just put the year and follow the same format you have for work experience. That's how it's done, and it's self-explanatory if you put 2011 that it is an anticipated date. Just a little detail to make it look more polished.
and never use the word "responsible" ugh. it sounds so fake. Try looking up action verbs like these..

I know it's an awful question, but how would you rate my chances at getting a FT job or at least an interview with a BB or major boutique? I'm mostly concerned about my GPA, I've heard stories of places that don't even look at resumes with GPAs lower than a 3.7 or 3.8. I'm also a little concerned that the regional boutique I'm interning at won't make as much of an impact as another applicant who may even have a non-ibd internship at a BB.
