GPA fell under requirement

My Gpa fell down to 3.46 and the minimum requirement is a 3.5. I haven't send out my transcript yet and i'm worried my recruiter will drop me from the program.

I don't want to write a sob story explaining to my recruiter that I have a part time job and am busy outside of school with extracurricular activities and thats why it fell below the minimum

What should I do? She word for word said "your offer is continious on the basis on meeting GPA requirements"
