If you put 3.8/4.0, then yes. However, this could be viewed as misleading as the typical format is out of 4.00, which would be a 3.76 in your case. It would be dishonest to put 3.80/4.00 though, and I would tread lightly with that. Ultimately, that .04 bump shouldn’t change anything so don’t stress about it.
