GPA Rounding on Resume?
Hello, if I have exactly a 3.650/4.000 GPA - Am I able to list a 3.7/4.0 GPA on my resume or for future job applications? Just curious because I am exactly on the edge where it technically rounds to a 3.7.
Thanks!

I think most people would look at it this way: 3.7=3.65. If you had a 3.7, you'd say 3.70. If you had a 3.74, you'd say 3.74. I don’t think it’s disingenuous to say 3.7 so long as decimals elsewhere in your resume are only taken one decimal point out.
Either way this is splitting hairs and rounding your gpa five hundredths of a point up will not be the reason why you do or don't get an interview or offer.
If you had a 3.95 would you round up to 4.0?
I think since 4.0 denotes only ever getting As, I wouldn’t. I suppose that’s an exception. I just take it out to 2 decimals on my resume.
