Not questioning you because I saw this advice on a lot of the other review requests as well, but is my current formatting bad?

I did not. I know that several desk heads and Directors really were pulling for me but in London right now, they're not hiring unless you're a fantastic candidate. I came in admittedly clueless and took the first two weeks trying to get up to speed.
