I'm not an expert but from every single resume review I've seen these things have been pretty standard.

Shouldn't your education be the first thing on your resume? Put your GPA out of 4.0 or whatever it was. Get rid of the "while working 40 hours a week". It is impressive but it looks a little unprofessional. Better to explain this at the interview and surprise them. Can you also right justify all of those dates under the education section? It would look more organized. All of those technical computer and languages should take precedence over your extracurriculars so place that above your extracurricular activities.

Just my two cents.

You are gonna need to explain the one year gap on your resume as well.
