Help me fix my resume

Hey, guys! Long time WSO lurker, but first time poster. I need help with my resume and need all the help I can get. I'm from a non-target school, but have some finance experience and also a serious interest in finance.

I've had some internships before, but I decided to post the one that I thought would highlight my experiences and story best.

I've been applying to a lot of places, but I haven't gotten any call backs yet. I've applied a week ago. I'm guessing it's either because of my resume or me not going to a target school.

I'm looking to apply for FT jobs this Fall and was hoping to get all the help I can get from WSO.

Thanks guys!

You've been a "Financial Operations Analyst, Retail Sales" since June 2005? wtf? June 2005 would put you at around 14 years old.

I'll be 25 in a few months. I started working at Best Buy Co., Inc at 18 during my senior year of HS. I didn't work for corporate. I was the stores financial operations analyst in a retail store setting. I basically did what a financial analyst would do at BB's or MM's, but did it in a retail store setting.

I also worked FT and put myself through school PT. That's why I'm graduating late.

To be honest you're not doing your IB M&A internship justice with how little you've written about it. You should really get into the specifics, even break it down by individual major projects that you've covered. Also what kind of internship is this that you've been doing it for a whole year now?

Also I don't think being a member of a society/club demonstrates any leadership experience, if you're not part of the committee it doesn't show much.

Something's just not right here, the CV is just way too brief for someone who's spent over 1 year at an IB's M&A desk and 6 years as an FOA. It looks like it is only 3/4 of a page's worth of content, so you're not making the most of the space.
