Does this make sense? Any suggestions? Basically, I was given client information and made spreadsheets for the FA I working for....In the spreadsheets were percentages of the clients holdings in different asset classes. Garbage work, but I wanna include it. Thanks.

Not bad...something like "Constructed capital allocation spreadsheets encapsulating numerous asset classes for several clients to analyze (or quantify)....[fill in what they were used for]" may work as well.
If you want to go with your sentence, change various to numerous and include what they were used for at the end of the sentence.
