Hiding your graduation date on your CV?

I can't believe ageism has permeated the 20s and the difference between 24 and 26 is substantial... but here we are.

Does anyone know any tricky ways to remove dates for everything but professional experience? I graduated my undergrad in 2018 and started medical school in 2020. My first listed professional experience started in 2019 and the other 2020.

Could I have no date except for my professional experience to give the impression that I graduated in 2019?
