How do I display this on my resume?
I'm a junior at a target and I'm applying for internships right now. At the end of the Fall semester, I was made the senior analyst of a finance/investment club on campus. I'm basically leading an equity research team that will be using DCF/comps/etc to analyze investments and issue research reports.
However, I was given the position at the end of the semester so we haven't done any projects yet. Before this position, I didn't do much in the club. Thus, I'm not sure what to put on my resume as bullets. Also, I don't want to put "Researched companies and performed DCFs...etc" if we haven't actually done any of that yet.
Any thoughts?
Put it under activities... -Elected senior analyst in school investment club
You have a good instinct of not rushing to put down you are now an expert in valuation metrics, etc. You will be grilled on this during interviews (if you do). I would take the wording suggested by @ReservoirEng
