How to describe S&T internship on resume when applying to IB

This summer I am working virtually as an S&T intern at a MM shop in NYC. The traders really aren't giving any of us work to do at all and are pretty much ignoring us, so we are trying to do miscellaneous self-appointed research on our own to keep busy. Therefore there aren't really any key tasks I'm performing that I can easily reference. Any tips would be greatly appreciated for common terms/activities that S&T interns might include a bullet point on.

For context, next summer I'll be interning at a boutique bank in Boston doing tech M&A, and I'm beginning to have discussions with my network about looking for FT positions in IB for after graduation. I will be hoping to get a return offer, but would also like to shoot for a couple of BB/EB reaches where I've networked, as well as a few backups.
