How to indicate I am diversity on a resume?

I'm not sure if the diversity surveys on applications are actually read, so I was wondering how I could indicate that I'm diversity on my resume. I don't have a hispanic/black surname and I'm not in any obviously diversity clubs like ones for women/hispanic/black/LGBTQ individuals.

Diversity is mainly if you go through the bank-specific diversity programs, which happen much earlier than regular recruiting. You can't exactly put "I'm black" on the resume...

You are right about the "surveys" on the application - those are for reporting purposes only (i.e. banks have made goals to hire X% women by whatever year or X% hispanic) rather than used for your application.
