How to List Deals That Closed at Prior Firms on Resume

As stated in the topic title, its been more than a year since I left my last M&A shop as a lateral analyst but so far I've had incredibly bad luck closing deals (3 made it to diligence but were either put on hold or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances). At my last firm I worked on the bulk of 2 deals (origination up to diligence) but left for my current firm. Both of those deals ended up closing.

How should I list this on my resume? Should I list them but add a caveat that they closed after I left or just list what I did for each deal but if they happen to ask about the deals just mention that they closed after I left?

Appreciate the commentary and looking for experienced IB advice (please no college or first year IB commenters).
