How to make my resume stand out better for IB

Ive tried to apply for internships and what not but I cant seem to get any bites, any suggestions on how to improve my chances via resume changes.

Why no sporting achievements?
Sorry its for a summer analyst position. As far as sporting achievements I really don't have any other than participation in intermerual sports
