How to make resume more results-oriented as a Monkey/Analyst

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make my bullets more results/achievement-based rather than simply listing my duties/job description? Much of what I've been doing is excel/ppt monkey work rather than getting the opportunity to improve processes

Thx

Well you are improving processes, assisting with deals and developing/updating models, so you can write just that.

Ex. - Developed proprietary valuation model that was utilized to.... - Assisted the "Team" with live deals and improved the overall deal process. You could also put numbers here but obviously not any company related information. This includes deal results, deal size, time horizon etc...

People like to see results and some sort of quantified description of what was accomplished.

Good luck!

If you ever read something and at the end go "What the hell?", look into it.
